FINA 2017 FINA vs Thomas Fraser-Holmes.

In February 2017 the International Swimming Federation (FINA) has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Australian swimmer Thomas Fraser-Holmes for three missed tests within a 12 month period (September 2016 - February 2017).

On 7 June 2017 the FINA Doping Panel decides to impose a 1 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete starting on the date of the decision.
