Ms. Emma O’Reilly is a soigneur in the U.S. Postal Service Cycling Team during the cycling seasons from 1996 through 2000.
Ms. O’Reilly testified to USADA about the widespread trafficking, distribution, possession, administration and use of prohibited substances and methods in the professional cycling team, her involvement and the involvement of Lance Armstrong, accompliced riders, medical doctors and officials.
Ms. O’Reilly resigned from the U.S. Postal Service Cycling Team after the 2000 season and has not worked in cycling since that time.
