ISR 2017 GLORY Decision Disciplinary Committee 2017009 T

In August 2017 Glory Sports International has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Person after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substances 5α-androstane-3α,17β-diol, 5β-androstane-3α,17β-diol (Testosterone), Oxandrolone and Stanozolol.

After notification a provisional suspension was ordered and the Person failed to respond. He didn't file a statement in his defence and neither did he attend the hearing of the ISR-GLORY Disciplinary Committee.

Without the Person’s response the Disciplinary Committee concludes that the evidence establish the Person’s anti-doping rule violation and that there are no grounds for a reduced sanction.
Therefore the ISR-GLORY Disciplinary Committee decides on 24 January 2018 to impose a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Person starting on the date of the provisional suspension, i.e. on 24 July 2017.

Fees and expenses for this committee shall be borne by the Person.
