on 10 July 2012 the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Commission decided to impose a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete for committing an anti-doping rule violation until July 2016.
Hereafter NADO Flanders established in the following years that the Athlete repeatedly breached the ineligibility resulting in the imposition on the Athlete of fines and the extension of the ineligibility until July 2020 and thereafter until July 2028.
Again in 2018 NADO Flanders reported that the Athlete had partipated in a competition as breach of the imposed ineligibility while the Athlete showed in his posts on sociale media his contempts for the imposed sanctions.
Consequently the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Commission decides on 23 October 2018 to impose an additional 4 year period on the Athlete running sequentlially after the imposed 8 years for a total of 12 years until July 1932.
Fees and expenses for this Commission shall be borne by the Athlete.
