NADO Flanders 2018 Disciplinary Commission 20186769

on 14 October 2014 the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Commission decided to impose a fine and a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete for committing an anti-doping rule violation until October 2018.

Hereafter NADO Flanders established that in 2015 and in 2016 on serveral occassions the Athlete was practising fitness in Flanders and in the Netherlands. Not only did the Athlete fully breached the ineligibility he also exposed in his posts on social media his fitness achievements. 

Consequently the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Commission decides on 23 October 2018 to impose a fine and an additional 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete starting on 14 October 2018 until 14 October 2022. 

Fees and expenses for this Commission shall be borne by the Athlete.
