On 21 March 2017 the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Commission decided to impose a fine and a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete after he tested positive for the prohibited substance Amfetamine.

Herafter the Athlete appealed the Decision with the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Council which rendered a Decision in absentia of the Athlete.

The Disciplinary Council dismissed the Athlete's assertions against the Appealed Decision and upholds the findings of the Disciplinary Commission in First Instance.

Therefore the NADO Flanders Disciplinary Council decides on 1 June 2017 to confirm the Decision of 21 March 2017.

Fees and expenses for this Council shall be borne partially by the Athlete.
