In April 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Catalin Daniel Rasinar after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance stanozolol.
After notification the Athlete filed a statement in his defence and did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission.
The Athlete admitted the use of the prohibited substance and did not request the B sample analysis.
Therefore the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the provisional suspension.

In April 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Ioana Laura Banciu-Gherasim after her sample tested positive for the prohibited substance stanozolol.

After notification the Athlete a provisional suspension was ordered.
At the hearing the Athlete admitted the use of Winstroll and did not request for the B sample analysis.
Therefore the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the decision.

In April 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Adrian Marian Bratiloveanu after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance metandienone.
After notification the Athlete did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission, nor did he file a statement in his defence.
Therefore the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the decision.

In March 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Silviu Budileanu after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance cannabis.
After notification the Athlete filed a statement in his defence and did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission. The Athlete admitted the use of cannabis and did not request the B sample analysis.
Due to this is the Athlete’s second violation the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the decision.

In February 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Alex-Gabriel Popoviciu after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance methylhexaneamine (dimethylpentylamine).
After notification the Athlete a provisional suspension was ordered and the Athlete was heard for the ANAD Hearing Commission.
The Athlete stated he used a food supplement Dymatize High Protein Mega Gainer, which showed it contained no prohibited substances after laboratory analysis.
The ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 3 month period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the provisional suspension.

In February 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Vlad Dogaru after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance methylhexaneamine (dimethylpentylamine).
At the hearing the Athlete stated he used the supplement Jack 3D. Laboratory analysis showed the presence of the prohibited substance methylhexaneamine (dimethylpentylamine) in the supplement.
The ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 3 month period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the provisional suspension.

In September 2010 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Sorin Mînerean after his A and B samples tested positive for the prohibited substance testosterone with a T/E ratio above the WADA threshold.

At the hearing the Athlete denied the use of testosterone and stated that he only used the supplements Animal Pak and M-Stak.
The ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the provisional suspension.

In November 2010 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Dan Tudose after he refused to provide a sample for drug testing after notification. He stated that he did not participate in sport competitions.
After written notice by ANAD the Athlete did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission and filed a statement in his defence. The Athlete stated that he practiced his sport only recreationally, although he was registered to the Romanian Traditional Karate Federation. At the hearing sport officials confirmed that the Mr. Tudose was not an official athlete, that he did not participate in sport competitions and the registered him as an athlete only to have access to the gym.

The Hearing Commission concludes that the Athlete violated the sport regulations because he was registered to the Romanian Traditional Karate Federeation and because he had the Athlete status.
Therefore the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the decision.

In November 2010 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Andreea Moldovan after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substance sibutramine.
After notification the Athlete filed a statement in her defence and did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission.
The Athlete submitted that she was under treatment with a product to loose weight, whick was declared on the Doping Control Form. The Athlete retired from sport and did not request the for the B sample analysis.
The ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 3 month period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the decision.
