AFLD 2013 FFPJP vs Respondent M01

Facts
The claiment Fédération Française de pétanque et jeu provençal (FFPJP) charges respondent M01 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During an doping control on 22 april 2012 a sample was collected from the respondent. His sample tested positive on a metabolite of cannabis.
