AFLD 2012 FFHB vs Respondent M09

Facts
The French Handball Federation (Fédération Française de Handball - FFHB) charges respondent M09 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a Men's Handball Championship regional, on Mai 6, 2012, a sample was taken for doping control purposes. The sample tested positive on a metabolite of cannabis.
