AFLD 2012 FFA vs Respondent M87

Facts
The French Athletics Federation (Fédération Française d'Athlétisme,FFA) charges respondent M87 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a cross-country event on January 29, 2012, a sample for doping test purposes was taken. The sample tested positive on prednisolone and prednisone.
