ANAD Comisia de Audiere 2012_03 ANAD vs Alina Georgiana Chitic

In November 2011 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Alina Georgiana Chitic after her sample tested positive for the prohibited substance prednisone.
After notification a provisional suspension was ordered. The Athlete filed a statement in her defence and did not attend the hearing of the ANAD Hearing Commission.

The minor Athlete could not explain the positive test result and presented a medical file with the analysis of her cortisone levels during her provisional suspension.
the ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 3 month period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of the provisional suspension, i.e. on 9 January 2012.
