ANAD Comisia de Audiere 2013_06 ANAD vs Robert Kim

The Athlete Robert Kim admitted voluntarily to ANAD the use of anabolic steroids as instructed, provided and administered by his coach Ms. Monica Muresan and her husband Mr. Mircea Muresan in order to enhance his performance. The Athlete’s statement was sustained by his college Athlete Andrei Cseterki, who also received these doping substances.
Both athletes agreed to provide a sample in support of their statements.
Hereafter the sample of Robert Kim tested positive for the prohibited substance boldenone.
The sample of the athlete Andrei Cseterki tested positive for the prohibited substances methandienone, 19-norandrosterone, cannabis and testosterone with a T/E ratio above the WADA threshold.

The ANAD Hearing Commission decides to impose a 1 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date the decision.
