AFLD 2007 FFTDA vs Respondent M41

Facts
The French Taekwondo Federation (Fédération Française de Taekwondo et Disciplines Associées, FFTDA) charges respondent M41 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a match on February 17, 2007, respondent was unable to provide a correct sample for doping control purposes.

History
The respondent was unable to produce enough urine for a good sample and was asked to return later, respondent left the doping control room and didn't return. The respondent explained that due to injuries and fatigue in other competitions he had left the doping control.

1. The sanction is a period of ineligibility of one year, in which the respondent can't take part in competition or manifestations organized by the FFTDA.
2. The decision (2 years period of ineligibility) dated May 3, 2007, of the disciplinary committee of the FFTDA should be modified.
