AFLD 2014 FFSCDA vs Respondent M08

Facts
The French federation of Full Contact and associated sports (Fédération Française de Sports de Contact et Disciplines Associées, FFSCDA) charges respondent M08 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a match on May 17, 2013, respondent was unable to produce enough urine for his doping test.

History
The respondent failed his doping control and had left the doping control area he returned with a plastic cup with his urine. This wasn't accepted by the sampler because the sample must be provided under his supervision. Respondent didn't provide any explanation for his behavior.
