Facts
The French Athletics Federation (Fédération Française d'athlétisme, FFA) charges respondent M14 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During an athletic event on March 3, 2013, a sample was taken for doping test purposes. Analysis of the sample showed the presence of prednisolone and prednisone which are prohibited substances according the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibited list.

Decision

2. The period of ineligibility will be reduced by the period already served: in voluntary suspension, by the decision dated June 10, 2013, of the Kenya Athletics Federation and by the decision of the medical/anti-doping committee of the Kenya Athletics Federation.
3. All the results obtained at March 3, 2013, will be cancelled. Medals, points and prizes will be withdrawn.
