The Anti-Doping Agency of Luxembourg (l'Agence Luxembourgeoise Antidopage, ALAD) - charges Aimee Klenne, the athlete, for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. The Swiss customs authorities intercepted on September 24, 2013 a shipment containing 5 ampules of testosterone labeled to Aimee Klenne.

The athlete had ampules with testosterone ordered by the internet to treat backpain and tendenitis.

Decision
1. The sanction is a period of ineligibility of two years starting from the period of voluntary suspension.
2. The offer to undergo a lie-detector test is denied.
3. All the individual results obtained during the Tour de france 2012, are cancelled.
