CISM 2014 CISM vs Maher Faeez Asem

The International Military Sports Council (CISM) has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Iraqi Athlete Maher Faeez Asem after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substances methylhexaneamine and testosterone with a T/E ratio above the WADA threshold.

After notification the Athlete failed to respond and to attend the hearing of the CISM Discipline Commission.

Therefore the CISM Discipline Commission decides on 20 February 2014 to impose a 2 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete, starting on the date of of the hearing, i.e. on 11 February 2014.
