The French Triathlon Federation (Fédération Française de Triathlon, FFTri) charges respondent M68 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a match on June 25, 2006, a sample was taken for doping tests purposes. The analysis of the sample showed the presence of salbutamol which is a prohibited substance according the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibited list.
History
The respondent explained that he had used an inhaler to treat asthma. Is medical file confirms his condition. However a Swiss authorization for the use of this medication didn't indicate the amount needed.
