CPLD 2005 FFC vs Respondent M48

Facts
The French Cycling Federation (Fédération Française de Cyclisme, FFC) charges respondent M48 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a cycling event on April 13, respondent provided a sample for doping test purposes.
