ANAD 2015_01 ANAD vs Mauro Schifano

In May 2015 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Mauro Schifano after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substances 19-norandrosterone and metenolon.

After notification the Athlete admitted in his submission the violation and waived his right to be heard.
Considering the test result and the Athlete’s admission ANAD decises to impose a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete starting on the date of the sample collection, i.e. on 18 April 2015.
