ANAD 2015_05 ANAD vs Cristinel Radu Gherghel

In April 2015 the Agenţia Naţională Anti-Doping (ANAD), the National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania, has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Athlete Cristinel Radu Gherghel after her sample tested positive for the prohibited substance dehydrochlormethyltestosterone.

After notification the Athlete failed to attend the ANAD hearing nor did she file a statement in her defence. Therefore ANAD decides on 20 July 2015 to impose a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Athlete starting on 12 May 2015.
