This act serves to fight the use of doping substances and doping methods in sport in order to protect the health of athletes, ensure fairness and equal chances in sport competitions and thereby preserve the integrity of sport.

Dieses Gesetz dient der Bekämpfung des Einsatzes von Dopingmitteln und Dopingmethoden im Sport, um die Gesundheit der Sportlerinnen und Sportler zu schützen, die Fairness und Chancengleichheit bei
Sportwettbewerben zu sichern und damit zur Erhaltung der Integrität des Sports beizutragen.
