Mr. Teddy Tamgho is a retired French Athlete since 2019 and is now working as a coach. Previously he was sanctioned by the French Athletics Federation (FFA) for 3 Missed Tests within an 18 month period. As a result he served a 1 year period of ineligibility from March 2014 until March 2015.
In February 2021 the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) on behalf of World Athletics launched an investigation into the Athlete and established that he had partipated multiple times in athletic activites during the period of ineligibility from March 2014 until March 2015.
- 2 championships as a coach;
- 2 training camps as an athlete and as a coach;

Following notification the Athlete acknowledged that he had particpated in athletic activites during his period of ineligibility.
Consequently the AIU decided on 18 November 2022 to impose a 1 year period of ineligiblity on the Athlete, starting retroactive on 1 March 2015 until 29 February 2016. Further the AIU disqualified the Athlete's results from 18 March 2015 to 17 March 2016.
