Facts
The Dutch Waterski and Wakeboard Association (NWWB) reports a violation of the Anti-Doping Code. On July 21, 2007 during a wakeboard championship the defendant was tested positive for a metabolite of cannabis, 11-nor-Delta(9)-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid.
The defendant attended the oral hearing on October 8, 2007, he declares that he didn't know a joint would be in his blood for a longer period. Information about prohibited substances didn't arrive at his residence due to an error in the administration of the NWWB. He didn't participate in the European Championship on August 20, 2007.
The Defendant didn't use the substance to enhance his sport performance, however the substance is prohibited.

Decision
The Disciplinary Committee decision is a warning and reprimand, the results of the championship will be disqualified.
