In January 2018 the Dutch Royal Strength Sport and Fitness Federation (KNKF) has reported an anti-doping rule violation against the Person after his sample tested positive for the prohibited substances Clenbuterol, Testosterone and 17α-methyl-5β-androstane-3α,17β-diol.
After notification a provisional suspension was ordered. The Person did not respond to the communications nor did he file a statement in his defence. Without the Person’s response the Disciplinary Committee ruled in a written proceeding.
The Disciplinary Committee concludes that the evidence establish that the Person committed an anti-doping rule violation without grounds for a reduced sanction.
Therefore the ISR-KNKF Disciplinary Committee decides on 26 March 2018 to impose a 4 year period of ineligibility on the Person starting on the date of the provisional suspension, i.e. on 4 January 2018.
Fees and expenses for this committee shall be borne by the Person.
