ISR 2011 NRB Decision Disciplinary Committee 2011017 T

The Dutch Rugby Union (Nederlandse Rugby Bond, NRB) has reported an anti doping rule violation against this person after he tested positive for the prohibited substance 4-methyl-2-hexaneamine (methylhexaneamine). Person filed a statement in his defence and was heard for the Committee.

Person stated he acted cautious with supplements and made inquiries about the ingredients in the supplement he used. He also consulted a NRB trainer, an expert in supplements, who confirmed that the supplement contained no prohibited ingredients.
Considering exceptional circumstances the Disciplinary Committee decides to reprimand the person.
Fees and expenses for this committee shall be borne by NRB.
